Further, they can also seamlessly coordinate and manage condo board approval requests, organize files in the cloud instead of printing them, keep track of resident information in one place, among others.

Q: Can Evercondo work for people who manage multiple properties? If yes, how so?
A: Yes. One of the advantages of using Evercondo is that it allows managers to manage multiple buildings with ease. With centralized access, they can see the statuses of each building in a single view and also zoom into ones that need closer attention.

Q: How does Evercondo make life better and easier not just for the property manager, but for the residents as well?
A: Through the web and mobile platform, Evercondo allows residents to know what’s happening in their homes from anywhere at anytime. No more need to track down managers for information or for specific requests.
