I am writing this for an installation of a Nest Thermostat on the dual fuel HVAC system in my home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Ben, our technician, was really great. I found it very easy to schedule and appointment, and the communication leading up to our appointment was solid. Ben called about an hour before he arrived, letting us know when he would be there, and he arrived right at the beginning of our window, as he said he would. Ben was very professional and friendly. He had to troubleshoot a little bit during the installation, and he absolutely went above and beyond in making sure that everything was working for us before he left. Based on this experience, I would feel confident using Powers again for this type of work.

Company is very professional, I was not there in person and was concerned about being able to use the app for temperature control and they provided me with a solution and put my mind at rest. The installer was prompt and very courteous and knew his stuff. The price was very reasonable.

We had a nest doorbell installed and it was a difficult job- old house, concrete walls, crawling around in the sweltering attic etc. However the installer Fernando was FANTASTIC. He was very upbeat and eager to do a great job, and he did! Overall very professional, clean and would recommend to anyone. I initially questioned the price but what he had to go through in the end I felt it was very fair.
